We had a fantastic nurture morning on Wednesday! The classes all did different nurturing activities and had great fun. Thank you to everyone for making it such a success!
Christ Church CE Primary School and Lewis Street Primary School recognise that children's physical and emotional health and well-being is fundamental and also believe that for children to thrive within our community, their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development should be fostered and supported. Emotional Health and Well Being has a very high profile within our schools.
Our school is part of a project, which is run between Salford Local Education Authority, schools and Greater Manchester Police, called Operation Encompass. This project has been designed to provide early reporting of any domestic abuse incidents that occur outside school so that school are aware and can provide the relevant support for that child.
